The Main Street Market Exchange: What, How, Why, When, Who: 

1.)    WHAT is the Main Street Market Exchange?  We’re Main Street’s ‘Matching’ Investment Marketplace; America’s Marketplace where revenue-generating PLANS, and TALENT, and MENTORS and INVESTORS…can meet…and DO Business together.

2.)    HOW does the PROCESS work? The Main Street Market Exchange encourages anyone with a PLAN to take 2 minutes to quickly upload their own ‘I want to DO’ splash-page – briefly stating a revenue-generating PLAN that they want to DO (a way to make money).  When ready, the PLAN owner is encouraged to work with The Main Street Market Exchange to Fully Develop their plan.  When a fully developed has been created, plan owners retain their FULLY DEVELOPED plans and do not upload them to the site. Instead, their initial plan page (on the website) receives a FULLY DEVELOPED status, indicating their serious, and more motivated approach.

Mentors (with special Mentoring skill sets) and Talented folks (everyone has a Talent) and Experienced people (wanting to offer their experience) are encouraged to quickly upload their respective skills… and to also view FULLY DEVELOPED PLANS for possible participation.   Investors are encouraged to view plans and determine what amount and what level of investment they may want to participate (from the 7 Levels or Ways) for possible participation.

3.)    WHY do we need the Main Street Market Exchange?   It’s a matter of FAIRNESS, PROSPERITY, and ECONOMIC GROWTH.  Currently, if someone on Main Street wants to implement a revenue-generating plan (ANY plan) they can borrow, or use savings, or ask a friend/family member.  Unlike Wall Street, Main Street does not have a global marketplace of investment capital (or human capital) to fuel its plans.  Main Street also does not have a GUIDE or SYSTEM or MARKETPLACE where people on Main Street can invest in other Main Street businesses.   The Main Street Market Exchange supplies the revolutionary and simple approach to solve this need.

4.)     WHAT GUIDE or SYSTEM or MARKETPLACE are you talking about?  The GUIDE is MSME’s all-inclusive proprietary information and delivery.  For the PLAN owner, we’ve developed the 10 Components of a FULLY DEVELOPED PLAN.  For the Investor ($$$) we’ve formulated the 7 Ways -7 Levels of an Investor’s Approach to Investing in a PLAN.  The MSME website serves as the online portal for meeting/introduction.  The MSME Company serves as the transparent, guiding, and matching marketplace for the process.  Upon future approval, it will serve as the MARKETPLACE for the buying and selling (marketability) of the executed plan’s actual Investment Capital (IC).  Wall Street figured this out a long time ago; it’s time for Main Street – every American – to benefit in the same way.

5.)    WHO can participate in the MSME…and HOW?  EVERY American can participate:  Plan Owners (Plans), Talented folks (any Talent), Experienced folks (Mentoring Capital), and Investors (with $$$ Capital).  Also, the Leaders from all American Businesses and Government (i.e. Banks, Insurance Companies, Accountants, Attorneys, Universities, any American Company, State and Local gov’t, etc…) can encourage their clients to participate and work with the MSME; as the increased business activity helps everyone.

6.)    HOW does the MSME help Main Street and improve the economy?

• It spurs overall economic activity.
• It brings hope to every American; realizing that when they develop a FULLY DEVELOPED PLAN, and present it truthfully, that they then have the opportunity to ACTIVELY participate in the American dream.  Because the American Free Enterprise system has 1 BRUTAL Truth:  You need Capital (Human & $$$ Capital) to actively participate in it.  The time for empty promises, countless speeches, and political grand-standing are over; Americans want solutions.
• We’ll regain our American Advantage.  America became financially great for a number of reasons.  At its CORE, we saved, we invested, and we dealt with each other in business.  Lately, we’ve faltered because we spend, we borrow, and we deal with the globalists.  We need to get back to our roots…that made us financially great.
• Every-day Americans – regular folks on Main Street– will have a Marketplace that serves them…and their WANTS AND NEEDS.
• Main Street America now has a choice: Invest in Main Street or invest in Wall Street.
• The Methodology– of actually investing in a Main Street Plan/Business – will be brought out of the Stone Age.  Presently, the only ‘examples’ of how to actually do a deal and invest in Main Street are:  (a.) Loan Sharks (mafia), (b.) TV dramas of Billionaire Loan Sharks (demeaning), and (c.) awkward and confusing verbal/written agreements between family and friends.  The MSME presents a methodology for the PLAN OWNER and INVESTOR to participate.
• It EXPANDS American’s supply of Capital (human and financial) to fuel its needs.
• It will EXPAND internationally to permit foreign capital (Human & $$$) to participate.

Lloyd, a 62-year-old Pennsylvanian.  The Main Street Market Exchange has continuously evolved from Paul’s 1994 (pre-internet days) BYOB information, evolving to its present status.   Advances in technology and refinement of the entire process, have allowed the MSME to offer it to America in its present form.
